With a capacity of only 40 seats, don’t miss this exclusive opportunity to join us for an elegant wine dinner at our Cellar Door. This is a brand new addition to our Spring Fling weekend, offering an intimate tasting experience. 

Throughout the evening, we'll guide you through a curated selection of museum and current vintages, showcasing the Great Southern's hero varieties. You'll enjoy wines from our entire Limited Release Collection as well as a few from our Single Vineyard Collection, all set against the backdrop of our Great Southern home.

Chef Todd Stuart, from the acclaimed Twenty Seats in Highgate, will delight you with a meticulously crafted five-course dinner and canapés to start.
